I wanted to shoot you a quick note to let you know that I recently landed a new loan from a past client from 3 years ago. After talking with the client, it came to light that I received this deal due to the “closing gift”, aka “The Address Stamper” that you had sent to my client back then. The client said that they probably wouldn’t have known how to reach me, but luckily my cell phone number was on that Stamper and they were actually still using it each month. Thank you for rushing the sample book to me to show the Realtors that attended my presentation this week. I shared the Top of Mind Networks follow up system with them and pointed out that their information would be included as well. I also told them that I would let them know ahead of time when their clients’ birthdays and anniversaries were approaching. One of the top Realtors in the group asked how she could sign up. All of my customers receive the self inking address stamp as a gift from me, and it has proven to be a gift which keeps on giving even after the follow up program expires years later; I actually received a referral from a previous customer who was speaking with a friend while at their desk and they looked down and saw my name and contact information on the address stamp and Viola, another loan referral!
